Project “Extension of HOMECARE medical and social services for Ukrainian refugees”

PROJECT GOAL: To provide through the medico-social centers and the mobile teams of the HOMECARE network referral assistance and medico-social care to refugees from Ukraine in order to protect their right for life, access to health and to elementary dignified conditions for survival.

Objective 1: Providing immediate assistance to refugees at the cross border points.

Objective 2:  Assisting refugees placed in the community or in placement centers through medical/social centers of Homecare Network.
