“The Stage of Integrity” – The Art of Communication in the Fight Against Corruption
Between March 5-7, the Anti-Corruption Volunteers of the National Anti-Corruption Center (CNA) honed their communication and artistic expression skills during the “Stage of Integrity” course, led by actor and director Anatol Durbală.
This innovative training, supported by AO HOMECARE and AO CASMED, is part of the project “Equity in Health through Social Accountability,” funded by the Swiss Government and implemented by the Swiss Red Cross.
Through acting exercises and reality-based scenarios, young participants learned how to transform ethical principles into stories that resonate with people’s hearts. The primary objective of this training was to develop creativity, spontaneity, and the ability to convey powerful messages about integrity and social responsibility.
“For an actor, every gesture, every look, and every word must be perfectly synchronized to deliver an authentic message. Similarly, in real life, integrity is not just about what we say but, more importantly, about what we do,” emphasized Anatol Durbală during the training.
As a result of this program, volunteers will create educational videos throughout the year to promote integrity in the healthcare sector.
The “Stage of Integrity” course highlights the essential role of communication in the fight against corruption and demonstrates that a well-constructed speech can inspire change. Each participant was encouraged to become a true protagonist of integrity, both on stage and in everyday life.
