The research project “Trust and active aging on both banks of the Dniester river”

The research project “Trust and active aging on both banks of the Dniester river” carried out by the Public Association “Homecare” in partnership with the implementation partner organization – Public Association, “Health and Sport”, with the financial support of the European Union through the project: “Confidence-building measures” implemented by UNDP.

The project is based on  a study of the needs of the elderly population on both banks of the Dniester, where the purpose is the formulation of recommendations to the authorities regarding the improvement of active aging programs taking into account the needs and interests of the elderly population on both banks of the Dniester.

The main purpose of the project: is to form/improve policies on the left and right banks of the Dniester, aimed at the adoption and implementation of targeted programs to improve the quality of life of the elderly and develop the skills of active aging.

The duration of the project is May 31, 2022 to May 31, 2023.
