PROJECT GOAL: Strengthening the capacity of the medical and social centers of the HOMECARE ‘s network to provide assistance to refugees from Ukraine in order to protect their right to life, access to health and to elementary dignified conditions to continue their lives

OBJECTIVE 1: Provide the necessary medical, social, psycho-emotional, referral and informational assistance to refugees

OBJECTIVE 2: Providing medicines, medical and hygienic supplies to Ukrainian refugees placed in local community according to their needs.

OBJECTIVE 3: Dispatch of food packs for refugees and promoting visibility of Homecare’s teams

OBJECTIVE 4: Provision of offline or online consultations for refugees through the Homecare telemedicine platform, in the fields of law, psychology, referrals to specialized services, initiation of small businesses and individual enterprises for refugee families established in Moldova, accompanying refugees in various courts
