Project : “Holistic support for people with incurable diseases”2022-2024

The project main goal is Improving the quality of life of society vulnerable suffering people by offering high quality holistic care and the support for different categories of caregivers.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES

Objective 1: Improving the life quality of life for 3220 vulnerable, disabled elderly and patients with incurable diseases by providing quality holistic care services;

Objective 2: Strengthening the holistic care services capacities, by improving the knowledge of 210 caregivers (patients’ family members and friends, medical staff, social workers, medical college students, charity sisters, volunteers, and NGOs’ representatives) in the field of occupational therapy for people with incurable diseases;

Objective 3: Extension of palliative home care services in Moldova through motivation and consulting 4 NGO with a purpose to support the development of palliative care services;
