Project “EXTENSION OF HOMECARE MEDICAL AND SOCIAL SERVICES FOR UKRAINIAN REFUGEES”

PROJECT GOAL: To provide through the medico-social centers and the mobile teams of the HOMECARE network referral assistance and medico-social care to refugees from Ukraine in order to protect their right for life, access to health and to elementary dignified conditions for survival.    

• Objective 1: Providing immediate assistance to refugees at the cross border points.
• Objective 2:  Assisting refugees placed in the community or in placement centers through medical/social centers of Homecare Network.
