Project “CAPACITY BUILDING IN HOME-BASED LONG-TERM MEDICO-SOCIAL CARE”

Objective: A sustainable team of local trainers in HLTC is created and enabled to train caregivers in home-based LTC and provide LTC services to needy populations regionwide.

Expected Outputs:

1.1 Training sessions for up to 100 professionals are delivered based on ToT and HLTC curricula; (in the 1st year)

1.2 A number of 150 Caregivers are trained by local trainers under the supervision and mentoring of national expert-facilitators (in the 2nd year).

1.3 A number of 150 Caregivers are trained independently by local trainers (in the 3rd year of implementation).

1.4 A number of 100 professionals to attend the National Conference organized to disseminate the sustainable capacity building model in the LTC services.
