Project: MEDICAL AND SOCIAL SERVICES FOR UKRAINIAN REFUGEES ON THE BOTH BANKS OF DNIESTER RIVER

Implementation period: August 2022- February 2023

The project main goal is Strengthening the capacity of the medical and social centers of the HOMECARE   network to provide assistance to refugees from Ukraine, in order to protect their right to life, access to health servicies and to elementary dignified conditions to continue their lives

PROJECT OBJECTIVES

Objective 1: Provision of offline or online consultations for refugees through the Homecare telemedicine platform, in the fields of healthcare, law, social assistance and psychology or refugee families established in Moldova (including to GBV survivors) and for vulnerable people from Moldova who require such consultations in medico-social centers and at their homes.

Objective 2: Providing hygienic supplies and adequate conditions to Ukrainian refugees placed in local community for protection of their dignity and according to their needs, as well as to Moldovan citizens from the vulnerable strata of society, in order to protect their dignity, according to their needs.

Objective 3: Providing the necessary medical, social, psycho-emotional, referral and informational assistance to refugees immediately at the border crossing point and those needed for vulnerable people from Moldova in the medical-social centers and at their homes.
