The overall objective of the project is to increase the quality and accessibility of health and social services in selected Moldovan regions through the introduction of telemedicine solutions.

The specific objective of the proposed project is to support and improve the functioning of existing telemedicine services in the home care sector by introducing the necessary infrastructure and legislative changes and improvements.
