Homecare strengthens the capacities of the staff in the medico-social centers

The HOMECARE Association, as an implementation partner of the international organization People in Need, within the project ” COMM.Unity Planning – comprehensive solution for social services in Moldova ” financed by the Czech Development Agency, carries out an extensive training course for representatives of medico-social centers in the country . The aim of the course is to strengthen human capacities in the existing medico-social centers at the national level in order to initiate independent activities for the provision of medico-social services, within the framework of own developed projects, with external funding. Thus, the course includes five modules, which provide the necessary knowledge for:

– Creation and registration of a public organization and obtaining the status of public utility;

– Writing projects and fundraising;

– Organization, evidence and reporting of NGO activity, fund management;

– The accreditation procedure of the organization for the provision of social services, compliance with the legal provisions for work security;

– The accreditation procedure of the organization for the provision of medical services, the fulfillment of sanitary-epidemiological requirements.

27 people from 8 medico-social centers in the country participate in the training.
