HOMECARE MOBILE SAFE SPACE AT CIMISLIA
The Homecare mobile team, has reached Chimișlia rayon. The team has been offering into refugees and host communities psychosocial support, information on gender-based violence and legal counseling. So far, the Homecare team has managed to visit the following villages: Porumbrei, Codreni, Gura Galbenei, Ivanovca Noua, Lipoveni, Albina, Hârtop, Gradiste, Valea Perjei.
Ana Vasilievna is a 43-year-old woman from Nicolaev region. He came to Moldova on March 6, 2022. She has a 1.5 year old child and she is pregnant. Until she reached Ecaterinovca village, Cimișlia rayon, Ana was placed in the refugee accommodation center in „El Shadai”. However, she preferred to live in a household in the country, closer to her usual environment.
Ana greatly appreciates the services provided by the Homecare mobile team. She is satisfied with the attitude of the Moldovans, their attention and help.
The Mobile Safe Spaces is a project launched by UNFPA as part of the response to the refugee crisis and is implemented in collaboration with Homecare.
