650 PEOPLE WILL BENEFIT FROM HOME CARE SERVICES
The “Homecare” Association is carrying out the project “Increasing access to quality home care services for patients dependent on others, both in the Republic of Moldova and in Ukraine,” within the framework of the Official Humanitarian Assistance of the Czech Republic.
The beneficiaries of this project are the “Sfânta Anna” and “Sfânta Agata” medical-social centers in Vulcănești and Ocnița, respectively. Through this project, 600-650 individuals dependent on the care of others will benefit from holistic and quality medical-social services within the mentioned centers.
A total of 100 individuals (charity workers) from Ukraine will be trained in the field of home-based medical-social care. It is with regret and deep sadness that the war has intensified the need for the development of home-based medical-social care services in Ukraine. Homecare will utilize all its skills, goodwill, and love for people to successfully achieve this objective.
The helpline for consultancy on home care, as the first link in the development of home care services in Ukraine, is now operational.
AO Homecare extends sincere thanks for the support and trust of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic and the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Chișinău.
