Safe Spaces: Learning and Growth for All Generations
The Safe Spaces by Homecare at the Greblești Refugee Center provide a safe and welcoming environment, a true home for all who wish to learn and grow together. Promoting acceptance and understanding, the Greblești Center shows that learning knows no age or social status limits. Marina Marian, the center’s psychologist, demonstrates how different generations can learn from one another.
From visual arts to music and learning Romanian and English, the activities are designed to stimulate and engage both the mind and soul. Safe Spaces at the Refugee Center is more than a community – it is an extended family, ready to help and grow together.
This activity is part of the program “Improving Access to Essential Health Services and Protection against Gender-Based Violence for Refugees from Ukraine and Host Communities,” supported by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA Moldova) in the Republic of Moldova and funded by the European Union.
