The Statute of the Public Association “HOMECARE” was registered at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova on March 23, 2005. Users who make cash donations to the beneficiary – HOMECARE Public Association, act as donors. When a user makes a donation for a project, an unwritten Beneficiary-Donor agreement appears between him and the Beneficiary.
